Performance Upgrades and Custom Builds

KC Diesel Shop focuses on performance driven installs and custom builds for diesel and turbocharged trucks. We do not operate as a general repair or quick service shop. Instead, we work with customers who are intentional about upgrading their trucks for towing, street performance, competition, or long term reliability at higher power levels.

Our services include:

• Turbocharger upgrades and installs

• Complete performance power packages

• Intercoolers, piping, intakes, exhaust systems, and supporting mods

• Fuel system upgrades

• Racing and performance transmission installs

• Custom built performance setups

• Customer supplied parts installation

We proudly install KC Turbos products, but we are also happy to install any quality aftermarket parts, even if they are not KC Turbos components.

Dyno Testing and EPA-Friendly Custom Tuning

We offer in house dyno testing and EPA-friendly custom tuning designed to maximize performance while maintaining drivability and compliance. Every build is approached with data, not guesswork.

Dyno testing allows us to:

• Verify power gains and torque output

• Fine tune air, fuel, and boost control

• Ensure safe operating conditions under load

• Deliver consistent, repeatable results
