KC Diesel Shop, established in 2012 and formerly known as OSTS, is a performance-focused diesel and turbo upgrade shop built for truck owners who want real power gains, better drivability, and properly engineered builds, not basic maintenance.

Backed by the experience, testing, and product development of KC Turbos, one of the most recognized diesel turbo manufacturers in the country, our shop exists for one purpose: to professionally install high-performance diesel and EcoBoost upgrades the right way.

We specialize in performance parts installation, custom builds, dyno testing, and EPA-friendly custom tuning. Our focus is on transforming trucks through proven power packages and carefully selected components, whether that means installing a complete KC Turbos Hot Street package or building a custom setup using customer-supplied parts.

KC Diesel Shop focuses on performance driven installs and custom builds for diesel and turbocharged trucks. We do not operate as a general repair or quick service shop. Instead, we work with customers who are intentional about upgrading their trucks for towing, street performance, competition, or long term reliability at higher power levels.
